My main areas of work are: carbon footprint, materiality research, stakeholder dialogue, ESG reporting, ESG strategy, greenwashing, CBAM, EUDR, taxonomy, engaging employees, customers and suppliers in ESG activities, effective implementation of ESG in business processes. I am certified as an ESG and sustainability expert (issued by Polish and foreign institutions) and an ISO 14001 (Environmental Management) auditor.
For 20 years I have been working with manufacturing and service companies and public and non-profit organizations in Poland and abroad as an ESG and business advisor and practitioner.
I am the founder and owner of Grywit and ESG ASSURED and creator of mobile apps for employee goal management, decarbonization, education, generating improvements - in the ESG area, wellbeing, among others.
I am a member of Chapter Zero Poland and the working group of the European Financial Reporting Advisory Group. I am a lecturer at 10 universities (postgraduate studies in ESG, environmental management, waste management, gamification) and a speaker at Polish and international ESG events.
