RBR Rychter Raniszewska Kancelaria Doradców Podatkowych i Radców Prawnych S.K.A. (hereinafter: RBR) attaches great importance to respecting the rights of data subjects, with particular emphasis on the right to privacy protection.
The privacy policy presented below regulates the principles of collecting and processing personal data applied by RBR.

Personal data obtained in connection with the use of the website www.kancelariarbr.pl will be processed, inter alia, in order to respond to messages sent to us by website users or initiate a different method of contact, conducting marketing activities, including subscribing to the newsletter and carrying out activities related to security ensurance.
When browsing our website, data about your visit is automatically collected, i.e. IP address, domain name, browser type, operating system type. When browsing our website, depending on the browser configuration, one or more cookies may be saved on your computer (end device).
Data collected while using our website may be transferred to entities supporting us in our day-to-day operations, i.e. IT companies that support our IT systems or provide IT tools, a marketing agency, entities conducting postal or courier activities in connection with the transfer by post and due to the use of interfaces Google Fonts and Google Analytics to Google Ireland Limited and Google, Inc. (“Google”).

The website www.kancelariarbr.pl is connected with fanpage on Facebook manager by the Collector. The collector does not transfer any personal data outside of Poland / EU / European Economic Area, subject to the transnational nature of data flow within the Facebook website, in accordance with the principles set out by Facebook at http://www.facebook.com/about/privacy.
In addition, the website uses plugins and widgets from social media: Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin. Widgets are not embedded permanently in our website code, but only embedded on it via HTML link. Therefore, the connection with these pages takes place after pressing one of the buttons in a separate browser window, in which the page of the given social network provider is displayed.

The period for which the personal data are stored depends on the purpose for which they are or will be processed. 5) raise an objection to the further processing of your personal data,

You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. The withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing of your data, which was made on the basis of the consent granted before its withdrawal.
In case of doubts to the correctness of the processing of your data, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, which is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych).

The website www.kancelariarbr.pl uses “cookies”, which are used to identify your browser while using our website.
You consent to our use of personal data collected through cookies by reading the message displayed immediately after entering the website: “This website uses cookies to provide services at the highest quality level. Google Webfonts: For the texts and fonts to be displayed correctly, your browser must connect to the servers of Google Ireland Limited. Google receives the information that the website was accessed from your IP address. Google does not combine this data with other data that it may collect or use in connection with the simultaneous use of other Google services.
The use of Google Webfonts for the proper and easy-to-understand content display on the website constitutes a legitimate interest for the processing of personal data pursuant to Art. 6 sec. 1 letter f) of the GDPR.
You can adjust your browser settings to prevent fonts from being loaded from Google’s servers (or by installing plugins). In case your browser does not support Google fonts or you refuse access to Google servers, the text will be displayed in the system’s standard font.

Google Analytics: web analysis service from Google Inc. Google Analytics uses “Cookies” to analyse your use of the website.
The information generated by the cookie about your use of the website (including your IP address) will be transmitted to and stored by Google on servers in the United States. In case of activation of the IP anonymization, Google will truncate/anonymize the last octet of the IP address for Member States of the European Union as well as for other parties to the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases, the full IP address is sent to and shortened by Google servers in the USA.
